　海外渡航届は、留学・研究・観光・留学生の一時帰国など、本学学生が海外に渡航するすべての場合に必要な書類です。
　海外渡航データベースで登録してください。　https://tokou.adm.nagoya-u.ac.jp/

　海外渡航届の提出は原則メールとします。教務学生係にメール報告する際、指導教員をccとしてください。

Dear Students of the School of Science, Graduate School of Science, and Graduate School of Mathematics,

The Overseas Travel Database system has recently been updated, and some specifications have been changed.
In principle, the Overseas Travel Notification Form need to be submitted by email instead of in person. When sending your notification to the Student Affairs Section, please be sure to cc your academic advisor. (For details regarding your academic advisors, please refer to the "Contact for the Academic Advisors" below.)
　
※The Overseas Travel Notification Form is required for all overseas ravel by students of the University, including study abroad, research, tourism, and temporary return to home countries by　international students.(https://tokou.adm.nagoya-u.ac.jp/)

Under the new system, the academic advisor's seal/signature field has been removed. Instead, an additional document titled " Contact for the Academic Advisors(For Submission to Academic Supervisor)" will be generated.
