理学部所属学生　各位

2026年度春２期・春学期の修得科目が、8月25日（火）9時よりwebにてご確認いただけます。（成績証明書への反映は9月1日。）

理学部専門系科目の成績評価に関して疑義が生じた場合は、成績発表日を含む原則３日以内（土日祝を除く。）に、
理学部教務学生係へ「成績評価照会票」（様式は名古屋大学ポータルからダウンロード可。）を提出してください。

To All Students of the School of Science,

The results for Spring Quarter II and Spring Semester of the 2026 academic year will be available online from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25.
(The results will be reflected on official academic transcripts on September 1.)

For grade inquiries, please submit a Grade Inquiry Form to the Academic Affairs and Student Services Office, School of Science, within three business days of the grade announcement date (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The form is available on the Nagoya University Portal.
